FAQ

7 Day Snap Challenge

No. The 7 Day Snap Challenge is focused on awareness before restriction. Instead of calorie counting, you’ll simply snap photos of your meals and receive behavioural insights, coaching feedback, and habit observations. Most people already know WHAT to eat. The challenge helps you understand WHY you eat, WHEN you overeat, and what triggers your habits.
Each day for 7 days you: • Snap photos of your meals • Add them to your feed. The goal is progress and awareness - not perfection.
No. This is a behavioural awareness challenge. There are no extreme restrictions, meal replacements, or “good vs bad food” rules. The challenge is designed to help you build a healthier relationship with food while identifying the habits that drive overeating, emotional eating, or inconsistency.
Yes. The challenge teaches moderation, awareness, and decision-making - not food guilt.
That’s okay. Consistency matters more than perfection. Missing one snap doesn’t ruin your progress. There is also a Food Finder feature in the app through which you can search for the meal item and add it to your feed – there won’t be a picture but the Feed will still reflect the food you ate.
Some people do, but the real objective is awareness, momentum, and behaviour change foundations.
Yes. The challenge is specifically designed to help identify emotional, stress, boredom, and routine-driven eating patterns.
Around 5 minutes per day. The system is designed for busy lifestyles and real-world schedules.
Yes. The challenge combines digital tools with human coaching support and behavioural feedback. You will have a 1-2-1 consultation with a qualified nutritionist or dietician who will assess your Feed beforehand.
Most participants continue into deeper behaviour-change pathways like the 21 Day Habit Reset for more structured transformation.

21 Day Habit Reset

Most diet programs focus on restriction. The 21 Day Habit Reset focuses on behaviour change. Instead of temporary motivation, we help you: • Understand triggers • Build sustainable habits • Improve awareness • Create routines that fit real life • Reduce all-or-nothing thinking. The goal is long-term change - not short-term punishment.
Twenty-one days gives enough time to begin disrupting automatic eating patterns and building new behavioural routines. It’s not about becoming “perfect” in 21 days. It’s about creating momentum, awareness, and systems you can actually maintain.
Depending on your goals, the reset may focus on: • Emotional eating • Late-night snacking • Portion awareness • Meal consistency • Sugar cravings • Stress eating • Mindless eating • Routine building • Food environment management • Accountability systems. The program adapts to your real lifestyle.
Exercise is encouraged, but the primary focus is eating behaviour and sustainable lifestyle habits.
Yes. The program can help support nutritional awareness, protein intake, routine building, and sustainable behaviours alongside medical guidance.
That’s extremely common. The program is designed specifically for people stuck in the cycle of: restriction → burnout → rebound → guilt.
No. The goal is learning how to navigate real life - not escaping from it.
The system combines behavioural insights, habit tracking, and human coaching support tailored to your patterns and challenges.
Most users report: improved awareness • fewer binge episodes • better food decisions • more consistency • reduced guilt around eating • gradual sustainable progress.
You leave with: behavioural awareness tools • sustainable routines • accountability systems • a repeatable framework for long-term progress. The goal is independence - not permanent dependency on a program.
